Welcome to Tia Juana's Beach Cantina!After many years of visiting the Hawaiian Islands – Maui being our favorite – we came to appreciate and enjoy the vast selection of wonderful and delicious foods here. However, on every visit, there was always something missing. Something deep inside the recesses of our culinary minds longed for and even craved fresh-made Mexican food along with a perfectly crafted margarita! This longing continued for years, and after searching the island of Maui – literally high and low – we found nothing even close to resembling the outstanding cuisine and hand-crafted margaritas found at our 22-year-old Tia Juana's Bar & Grill in Irvine, California! Absolutely nothing! So here we are …no more craving or searching…our quest as been fulfilled, and we present you with what's been a labor of love: Tia Juana's Beach Cantina. At Tia Juana's Beach Cantina, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest meats, seafood, fruits and vegetables available, including our fresh-made-daily salsa*. Most items on our menu including our homemade tortillas, sauces, and breads are prepared to traditional central Mexican standards which take time and commitment. Some recipes have been passed down generations and have withstood not only the test of time, but the test of critics and peers.
