A common dessert in Mexico City, often imitated and rarely perfect…until now. Sweet pastry dough is fried so it’s crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, then dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with Mexican chocolate and caramel dipping sauces.
Traditional Flan
Traditional Mexican custard with a caramel topping.
Blanco Y Negro
Our traditional flan baked over rich chocolate cake and topped with tequila caramel and fresh whipped cream.
Bunuelos
Another authentic central Mexican treat, served to children after long days at escuela. Crispy flour tortillas, dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with honey and topped with fresh whipped cream.
Fried Ice Cream
Not so traditional, but a family favorite! Gourmet vanilla bean ice cream rolled in oats, corn flakes and cinnamon and lightly fried.
